Day 1: Our first excursion was PARIS! We got up bright and early Monday morning and drove to London to catch our train. After only about 6 hours of travelling, we arrived at Liberty's "Paris" The Magic Circus Hotel near Disney Land!
Our Hotel was actually outside of Paris but when we were in Paris touring Little Berry would say "Let's go back to Paris!". It was the joke of the trip that the Hotel was Paris to our children. The pool was a big hit that made (the kid's idea of) "Paris" truly magical!
Day 2: Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Boat tour, & Street Vendor Food
The Arc De Triomphe (located just west of the Eiffel Tower) honors those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary & Napoleonic wars. Names of French victories and generals are inscribed on the inner and outer walls.
Awe..... the Eiffel Tower!
The Eiffel Tower was built for the International Exhibition from 1887-1889 by 300 steel workers.
